First post for my upcoming cafe. I just signed the lease this week and God willing we’ll be up and running before the end of July 2010. The aim is to serve premium coffee both espresso type drinks and high end filter coffee, using French Press techniques and the Hario V60, sourcing coffee from what we believe are the best coffee roasters in south Africa, dedicated to sourcing the best and roasting arabica beans to their best potential… wow ! what a mouthful. Yes, we want you to have the best mouthfeel coffee there is in this part of the World.
